Identified
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting all Solana-related API functionality. What happened Our primary Solana provider, QuickNode, is currently unavailable. As a result, all Solana operations dependent on this provider are failing. Additionally, the automatic fallback mechanisms did not activate as expected. Impact All users relying on Solana API endpoints may experience errors, timeouts, or temporary unavailability. Current status Our engineering team is actively switching traffic to an alternative Solana provider to restore full functionality. We will provide updates as the situation evolves. Next steps
Re-route Solana API traffic to a backup provider
Investigate why fallback mechanisms did not trigger
Implement safeguards to prevent recurrence
We appreciate your patience and will share another update as soon as service is fully restored.
